Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and 77arc ("77arc", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77arc website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and internationally. • You are acting as a private individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party or business entity. All deposits made to your 77arc account must come from payment methods registered in your own name.
• You have not previously been excluded from 77arc or had an account suspended or closed by 77arc for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason that has not been formally resolved.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with 77arc and are not subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction that would otherwise prohibit your access to the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 77arc reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

• Each player may hold only one account. If it is discovered that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited at 77arc's sole discretion.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your password with any third party. 77arc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 77arc implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time 77arc deems appropriate.
• You must notify 77arc promptly if any of the registration details you have provided change, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address. 77arc cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed processing resulting from outdated account information.
• 77arc reserves the right to close or suspend any account, withhold funds, and void any associated bets or bonuses if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your 77arc account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 77arc does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. 77arc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Players may not deposit funds sourced from illegitimate, criminal, or third-party sources. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived entirely from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 77arc reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds in question are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.

77arc processes withdrawal requests promptly and aims to complete all verified withdrawals within the timeframes stated in our payment processing guidelines. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and on verification status. During peak periods such as BPL season, high withdrawal volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

77arc may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Players should carefully read the wagering requirement attached to each bonus before opting in.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly permitted under the specific promotion terms. Bonus balances may not be transferred between accounts or players under any circumstances.

• Seasonal bonuses and limited-time promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or T20 World Cup tournaments are available only during the stated promotional period. Retroactive claims for expired promotions will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. 77arc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below, and to withhold or void any funds or winnings associated with that account.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time when personal information is requested by 77arc.
• Holding more than one active account on the Platform simultaneously, whether under the same name, different names, or via proxy registrations on behalf of any other person.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal their origin, or using the Platform in connection with any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, use of automated scripts or bots, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil rollover conditions without genuine risk exposure, or coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements through matched or offset bets.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trade mark, service mark, or logo owned by 77arc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77arc, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 77arc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

77arc does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons without incurring any liability to you. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 77arc reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account.

77arc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
